Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your flowers, plants, or gift basket, please email info@416-flowers.com with your order number, a photo of the product, and a description of the issue.

Product Replacement

Our florists carefully prepare each arrangement using fresh flowers and plants. If your order arrives damaged, dead, or broken:

  • Send us a clear photo along with your name and order number.
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all quality complaints must be submitted within two days of delivery.
  • Once verified by our customer service team, a replacement will be sent.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders that are prepared, dispatched, en route, or delivered cannot be changed or canceled. Same-day orders are processed immediately and usually cannot be modified. If your order is scheduled for delivery today, call us at (888) 633-9049. For all other requests, email info@416-flowers.com.

A cancellation fee of fifteen to twenty-five percent may apply depending on the circumstances. Cancellations are not accepted for:

  • Prepared or ready-to-ship orders.
  • Peak holidays: Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and Father’s Day.
